Position Title: Graphic Web Developer
Position Description: Local Search Masters, a leading digital marketing firm specializing in organic SEO, is currently looking for a web designer to help us create, maintain and develop client websites.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build websites with extremely diverse functionality from the ground up with a focus on efficiency and user experience. Extensive knowledge of WordPress required.
- Edit and maintain current client websites using WordPress and HTML.
- Assist in designing, developing and creating in-house sales material and marketing collateral.
- Create client branding such as logo design, signature artwork, collateral coordination etc.
Expectations:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology as it relates to the core competencies of this position.
- Be prompt, courteous and able to interact with clients on a regular basis.
- Maintain efficiency of department and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity of CMS and ability to design content with system in mind.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in website development and design.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
The ideal candidate would also include the following skills:
- The ability to edit raw video into usable marketing material.
- Have knowledge of and experience using Flash.
- Be aware of current SEO strategies and trends with a focus on how this relates to website development and design.

Position Title: SEO Account Manager

- Act as clients primary point of contact with the ability to assess client’s needs and project manage on a daily basis.
- Campaign management including PPC, organic SEO, and social media.
- Coordinate with other departments including design and web development teams on a project basis.
- Communicate with client on weekly basis regarding account status.
- Assist client in strategy needs for digital marketing efforts.

Position Title: Sales Associate
Position Description: Local Search Masters, a leading digital marketing firm specializing in online marketing and organic SEO, is currently looking for a sales associate to help us bring on more quality clients and establish partnerships with outside marketing, advertising and PR firms.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote LSM’s online marketing services in the Middle Tennessee area.
- Attend networking events, industry-related conferences and other social engagements.
- Chamber meetings, Digital Nashville events, mixers, etc.
- Develop individual prospect pipeline (with support from LSM) and establish meaningful relationships in Middle Tennessee.
- Should understand how to utilize tools like Google, LinkedIn and Business Journal’s to fully understand prospective clients.
- Effectively follow up with prospective clients.
Expectations:
- Keep abreast of latest trends in technology as it relates to core competencies of this position.
- We’ll provide you with the information, you’ll just need to read it.
- Hustle: This is not an 8-5 style job. Every LSM employee keeps a balanced life and has a good amount of personal freedom, but puts in the hours needed to complete their assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Education: 4-year Degree.
- No sales experience required. If you’re friendly, intelligent, and can think for yourself you should fit in well.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate would also include the following skills:
- Have 1-2 years experience in online marketing.
- Have a well-developed LinkedIn profile and network of contacts.
- Be involved in non-profit organizations and athletic activities.
- Salesforce experience.
